目的利用磁共振功能成像技术(f MRI),研究在电针刺激任务状态下"外向性"和"神经质"两种不同性格类型的人大脑激活区变化特点,探讨不同性格类型对电针刺激下大脑激活区的影响。方法选取"外向性"和"神经质"的健康志愿者各20名,利用磁共振采集电针刺激双侧足三里穴(ST36)的任务态功能数据,利用功能神经影像分析(AFNI)软件对两组数据进行处理,采用单样本t检验进行组内分析及双样本t检验进行组间分析,Monte Carlo阈值校正确定两组组内分析结果及组间比较结果,探究针刺任务态下"外向性"和"神经质"两组受试者脑激活区差异变化。结果 (1)组内结果分析:"外向性"组激活脑区包括:右侧额下回(BA44),右侧额内侧回(BA32),右侧额上回(BA10),双侧侧缘上回,双侧中央后回,右侧颞上回,左侧小脑山坡,左侧中央前回,左侧颞中回(BA21),右侧小脑山顶,左侧颞中回,双侧额中回,右侧额内侧回,其中右侧额内侧回(BA32)为负激活,激活区刺激状态与静息状态比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。"神经质"组激活脑区包括:右侧中央后回,左侧小脑半球下小叶,右侧颞下回,右侧中央前回,右侧顶下小叶,左侧小脑扁桃体均为正激活,激活区刺激状态与静息状态比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。(2)组间分析结果:左侧舌回"外向性"组较"神经质"组激活增强,右侧额内侧回激活"外向性"组较"神经质"组减弱(P均〈0.05)。结论 "外向性"和"神经质"这两种不同的性格类型对针刺脑功能激活区的反应存在差异。性格类型可能是影响针刺脑功能成像个体差异的一个重要因素。
Objective To study the changes of brain activation area in the electroacupuncture stimulation task state in the people of two different personality type with " extraversion" and " neuroticism" and explore the impact of different personality type on changes of brain activation area at the moment of electroacupuncture stimulation using functional magnetic resonance imaging( f MRI). Methods Forty healthy volunteers with " extraversion"( n = 20) and " neuroticism"( n = 20)personality traits were selected in this study. The task-state f MRI data were acquired during the time of electroacupuncture stimulation at the points of bilateral Zusanli( ST36),and the data were processed with the AFNI software. The intra-group analysis was performed by one sample t-test,and the inter-group analysis was performed by two samples t-test. The results of intra-group analysis and inter-group analysis in two groups were confirmed by Monte Carlo threshold correction. The difference of tested brain activation area in task-state between " extraversion" and " neuroticism" groups was investigated. Results In " extraversion" group,the activated brain areas included right inferior frontal gyrus( BA44),right medial frontal gyrus( BA32,right superior frontal gyrus( BA10),bilateral supramarginal gyrus,bilateral central back gyrus,right superior temperal gyrus,left cerebellar slope,left precentral gyrus,left middle temperal gyrus( BA21),right cerebellum peak,left middle temperal gyrus,bilateral frontal gyrus,right medial frontal gyrus,in which the right medial frontal gyrus( BA32) was negative activation,and the other brain areas were all positive activation. There was significant difference between resting status and stimulation status in active areas( all P 〈0. 05). In " neuroticism" group,the activated brain areas included right postcentral gyrus,left cerebellar hemispheric lobule,right inferior temporal gyrus,right precentral gyrus,right inferior parietal lobule,left cere
