记述了膜翅目叶蜂科残青叶蜂属Athalia 1新种：小斑残青叶蜂Athalia minor Wei．sp．nov．，该新种隶属于cordata group，与A．hummeli Benson和A．picta Benson近似。还记述了中国2新记录种：远斑残青叶蜂Athalia arunachalensis Saini et Vasu．1997和近斑残青叶蜂A．sikkimensis（Benson，1932）。

英文摘要：

A new species of Athalia from Qinghai Province, China is described： Athalia minor Wei sp. nov.. Athalia arunachalensis Saini et Vasu, 1997 and Athalia sikkimensis （Benson, 1932） are two new records for China. The type specimens of the new species are deposited in the Insect Collection of Central South Forestry University, Changsha, Hunan, China.
