利用GT-power软件建立了柴油-天然气双燃料发动机工作过程仿真模型,用偏最小二乘回归方法建立NOx,HC,CO和烟度排放模型,研究燃料替代率和喷油提前角对发动机可靠性和排放的影响。以发动机可靠性作为优化约束条件,兼顾动力性和排放,对各工况的替代率和喷油提前角进行优化。把优化后的替代率和喷油提前角脉谱图嵌入发动机电子控制单元中,通过台架试验对替代率和喷油提前角进一步优化,最终得到满足可靠性、动力性、经济性和排放的最优替代率和喷油提前角。
A working process simulation model for diesel / natural gas dual fuel engine is established with GT-power software, and an emission models of NOx , HC, CO and soot is created by using partial least squares re-gression algorithm. The effects of fuel replacement rate and injection timing on the reliability and emission of engine is studied. Concurrently considering the power performance and emission of engine, with reliability as constraint, an optimization is conducted on replacement rate and the advance angle of fuel injection in different conditions. With the map of optimized replacement rate and fuel injection angle embedded into the electrically controlled unit of en-gine, the replacement rate and fuel injection angle are further optimized by bench test, with the optimal replacement rate and injection angle meeting the requirements of reliability, power, fuel economy and emission performances ob-tained in the end.
