员工认识到组织存在问题却选择沉默不语,这种员工沉默行为对于组织良性发展非常不利。在中国情景下,本文首先在不区分企业类型的前提下,分析家族涉入与漠视性沉默行为之间的关系。然后在家族企业样本中,分析提高分配公平感是否真的能够降低非家族雇员的漠视性沉默行为。实证结果发现,不论在家族企业还是非家族企业,家族涉入严重影响员工漠视性沉默行为;而在家族企业中,分配公平感与漠视性沉默行为其实是一种正相关关系。
Employees recognize problems in the organizations but choose silence, which is detrimental to the healthy development of organizations. In the scenarios of China, the paper analyzes the relationship between family involvement and disregard silence under the premise that the paper does not distinguish types of business firstly. Then the paper analyzes whether disregard silence of non - family employees could be reduced when improving fair distribution in the sample of family business. Empirical results show, in both family business and non -family business, family involvement obviously affects disregard silence of employees; while in family business, fair distribution is positively correlated with disregard silence.
