采用可变气门技术可以有效提高汽车发动机燃油经济性以及降低发动机有害排放物。由于现有可变气门机构仅能对气门配气参数进行有限调节,为了实现气门配气参数无级柔性调节,本文介绍了一种基于新型开关阀的可变气门驱动系统,详细阐述了其系统组成及工作原理。通过建立试验台架对该系统配气参数可靠性进行试验研究,并分析输入信号脉冲宽度、复位弹簧负载力以及系统工作压力对可变气门系统动态性能的影响规律。试验结果表明该系统动态响应频率可达133Hz,可以用于4000rpm汽车发动机气门配气参数控制。
The variable valve technology can effectively improve the fuel economy and reduce the harmful emissions of engine.The existing variable valve mechanism can only adjust the valve distribution parameters in a limited way.In order to realize the stepless regulation of the valve distribution parameters,a variable valve actuation system based on a new type of on-off valve was introduced in this paper.Through the establishment of the test bench,experiment was carried out to study the system reliability of the gas distribution parameter,and analyze the rules input signal pulse width,reset spring load and system working pressure influence on the dynamic performance of variable valve system.The test results show that the dynamic response frequency of the system can reach133Hz,which can be used to control the valve distribution parameters of4000rpm automotive engine.
