以碳化硼(B4C)粉为主要原料、二甲苯和正丁醇为二元溶剂、曲拉通X-100(TX100)为分散剂、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)为增塑剂,分别以乙基纤维素(EC)M70和PVB为粘结剂,采用非水基流延法制备B4C陶瓷流延膜。研究了分散剂用量、粘结剂种类和用量对流延浆料粘度和流变性能的影响。实验结果表明,分散剂TX100的用量为0.6 wt%,粘结剂EC用量为17.5 wt%或粘结剂PVB用量为13 wt%时制得的B4C流延膜表面光滑、无裂纹、延展性较好;PVB作粘结剂的流延浆料稳定性更佳。
B4C tape film was prepared by non aqueous tape casting with boron carbide powder as starting material,Xylene and n-butyl alcohol as binary mixture solvents, octoxinol as dispersant, di-n-octyl phthalate as plasticizer,Ethyl cellulose ethoce (EC) M70 and polyvinyl butyral (PVB) as binder respectively. The influences of dispersantcontent, the kinds and content of binder on the cast slurry viscosity and rheological property were studied. The resultsindicated that the malleable cast film with no crack and smooth surface could be prepared with 0.6 wt% TX100, 17.5wt% EC or 13 wt% PVB. PVB, as binder, made tape casting slurry more stable.
