英文摘要：

Based on the survey data of 257 enterprises in four industry clusters of Fearl River Delta region, this paper explores the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, dual network embeddedness and clustered firms＇ upgrading by liner regression and structured equation modeling method. The research results show that： firstly, entrepreneurial orientation has a significantly positive effect on the upgrading and dual network embeddedness （local network embeddedness and ultra-local network embeddedness） of clustered firms; secondly, dual network embeddedness has a significantly positive effect on clustered firms＇ upgrading; thirdly, there is a partial mediating effect of dual network embeddedness on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and clustered firms＇ upgrading.
