在资源基础观的基础上引入社会网络理论的视角,对企业多元化战略与绩效的关系进行了进一步研究,并考察了企业网络特征的调节作用。以285家上市公司构成的所有权网络数据、财务报表数据为基础进行假设检验。结果表明,企业多元化战略与企业绩效之间存在显著的U型关系;企业网络中心度对多元化战略与企业之间的U型关系起显著负向调节作用;企业网络凝聚性对多元化战略与企业之间的U型关系起显著负向调节作用;企业占据的结构洞对上述关系不存在显著调节作用。
Combining the resource-based view and the social network theory, this research investigates the relationship between diversification and business performance, taking the moderating effect of network attributes into account. We use the ownership network data and financial statement data of 285 Chinese listed companies to verify, our hypotheses, The result shows that the extent of diversification has a U-shape relationship with business performance; business network centrality moderates this U-shape relationship negatively; business network cohesion also moderates this U-shape relationship negatively; the structure holes company occupies shows no significant moderating effect on the relationship.
