随着纳米技术的广泛应用,纳米材料的安全性问题也越来越多的受到人们的重视。本文从纳米颗粒的流行病学研究、毒理学研究等方面综述了目前关于纳米颗粒吸入毒性方面的研究进展,提出纳米材料呼吸毒理学研究存在的问题,为进一步开展吸入毒性研究提供了参考。

With the wide-range applications of nanotechnique,scientists and governments should pay more attention to the safety of nanomaterials.The advances of study of inhalation toxicty of nanoparticles in the aspects of epidemiology and toxicology were summarized,and the certain problems in the study on respiration toxicology of nanoparticles with pointed in order to provide references for the further study on inhalation toxicty.
