Graph theory can be used to tackle many problems for big data research. This paper presents several important progresses on graph processing for the Computing Engine Module in KunPeng Big Data System,including efficient graph pattern matching,sparse data storage structure for graph and asynchronous parallel model for massive graphs and its application in genome assembly.
