为了能更好地评估新拌混凝土的流变特性,通过流固耦合的方法对新拌混凝土进行建模和仿真.针对混凝土拌合物无自由边界和大变形的特点,采用ALE方法描述新拌混凝土拌合物,拉格朗日方法描述装盛混凝土的容器结构,结合罚函数法实现液态混凝土与结构间的耦合作用.分别对高性能混凝土和自密实混凝土的坍落度试验进行了模拟计算,通过与实测及已有文献的计算结果相比较,验证了该方法的有效性.
In order to evaluate the flow ability of fresh concrete, the fluid-solid interaction method was applied in the simulation of deformation and flow of fresh concrete. In view of the characteristic of none freedom boundary and large distortion of fresh concrete, the concrete mixture was described through ALE method, the structure of container was expressed by Lagrangian method and the couple effect between concrete flow and structure was achieved in terms of the penalty function method. The slump tests of high- performance concrete and self-compacting concrete were simulated respectively, the results of which were compared with those from literature and practical test, proving the validity of this method.
