20世纪80年代以来，中国生猪生产的区域布局发生较大变化，主要呈现从南方地区向北方地区转移，中部地区逐渐取代东部地区成为主产区的趋势，具体省级单位在全国生猪生产布局中的地位也发生相应改变。文章利用PLI指数分析1980-2014年不同阶段中国生猪生产布局的演变情况，并基于省级单位的面板数据建立模型，实证分析中国生猪生产布局的影响因素。研究表明：产业的路径依赖性、自然资源禀赋、市场需求、非农就业机会等是影响中国生猪生产布局变动的主要因素。

英文摘要：

Since the 1980s, the regional distribution of pig production in China has undergone great changes, and mainly presents the trend of shifting from the south to the northern region. Besides, the central region gradually replaces the eastern region as the main producing areas. Meanwhile, the position of specific provincial unit in the national production layout of pigs has also changed accordingly. In this paper, the PLI index is used to analyze the evolution of China＇s pig production layout at different stages from 1980 to 2014, and the models based on the panel data of the provincial unit are established to make an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the production layout of pigs. The results of this study show that the path dependence of industry, natural resource endowment, market demand, non-agricultural employment opportunities and so on are the main factors that affect the change of China＇s pig production layout.
