基于虚拟样机的(加速)寿命试验是开展常规试验的一种有效的辅助手段。针对影响航空液压泵寿命的典型失效模式一疲劳,介绍了基于虚拟样机进行疲劳分析的整体方案。然后,针对四种关键技术分别进行了阐述:多领域建模技术、数据和流程管理方法、疲劳寿命分析流程、多学科模型的校核验证和确认方法。并以某型液压泵为案例,展示了两种不同工作状态下虚拟寿命试验的结果。最后总结了虚拟寿命试验的优点和局限性,以及虚拟寿命试验结果与常规(加速)寿命试验的结合方式。
Accelerated Lifetime Test (ALT) on virtual test is an efficient aid to conduct experiments. A general scheme of virtual test and fatigue analysis for aircraft hydraulic pumps is described. In addition, four key technolo- gies : the multi-domain modeling, the data flow management, the analysis flow of fatigue lifetime, and the verifica- tion and validation, are presented. An application of an aircraft hydraulic pump is given to show the results by the presented method under two working conditions. Finally, the advantages and limitations, and combination method of virtual lifetime test and regular lifetime test are summarized.
