分析了振动攻丝过程中由于重复切削而使攻丝扭矩降低的原因,根据试验结果,利用曲线拟合的方法建立了振动攻丝的平均攻丝扭矩地。随重复切削次数Q变化的关系式。根据建立的关系式,对本文试验条件下的重复切削次数Q进行了优化。此种方法可以指导实际生产中的重复切削次数Q的选用。
As a kind of new technology of machining internal thread important role in machining internal thread which is characterized by small diameter, big depth or difficult-to-machining. Repeated cutting times is an important cutting parameter of vibratory tapping. Therefore, it is necessary to study it. Firstly, this paper simply introduces repeated cutting times. Secondly, the reason why repeated cutting causes decrease in tapping torque was analyzed. At last, based on the experimental results, a formula between average tapping torque and repeated cutting times was built. Using this formula, repeated cutting times was optimized. This kind of method can be used to instruct the choice of repeated cutting times.
