以平面磨削淬硬加工试验为基础,对磨削淬硬加工中两侧方向毛刺的主要形式及其形成与变化进行研究.结果表明,在磨削淬硬加工中的热和机械复合作用下,磨削弧区附近金属向工件两侧无约束自由表面塑性流动形成了两侧方向毛刺;两侧方向毛刺的形态及尺寸随着磨削淬硬加工条件的变化而异.磨削温度越高,磨削力越大,两侧方向毛刺尺寸越大.同时,给出了若干抑制或减少两侧方向毛刺的方法.
Based on the surface grinding-hardening test, the main types and it's formation and changes of two-side direction burr in grinding-hardening machining were studied. The results show that the plastic flow of the metal material nearby contact arc area towards free surface of workpiece becomes the burr under the coupling actions of the thermal and mechanics. The size and morphology of two-side direction burr vary with grinding-hardening conditions. When the grinding temperature and the grinding force increases, the burr size increases accordingly. Furthermore, some methods to restrain or decrease the two-side direction burr in grindinghardening machining are developed.
