英文摘要：
Neoclassical economics discusses vertical integration from the angle of production costs, and it believes that scale economy is the core concept to understand vertical integration of enterprises. Different from regarding scale economy as the cause of vertical integration, the author regard scale economy as the purpose of horizontal integration, and scope economy as the purpose of vertical integration. The integration choice of enterprises is the tradeoff between scale economy and scope economy, and the size of the two economies directly influences the change of enterprise boundary.
