[目的]缓解四川丘陵地区水稻生产因化学防治而带来的生态压力.[方法]在四川丘陵地区采用四川大学生命科学学院农药学实验室研制的无公害农药瑞香素进行田间应用试验,以及使用频振式杀虫灯诱杀水稻害虫等试验.[结果]结果表明:瑞香素1号与瑞香素2号的防治效果分别达到91.5%和83.3%,能大量减少化学农药使用量;杀虫灯单灯的有效控制半径约为100m,对天敌安全,且能较大程度减少防治成本.[结论]该研究为该区水稻生产的控害保产和无公害稻米的生产提供了防治依据. 基金项目:国家自然科学基金资助(20372052;31071072);国家粮食丰产科技工程项目(2004BA520A05). 作者简介:周一民(1978- ),男,河南罗山人,硕士研究生,研究方向: 天然产物化学与植物源农药.
[Objective] The aim was to release the ecological stress on rice production in hilly lands of Sichuan caused by chemical prevention. [Method] A series of paddy field experiments using trapping lamps and pollution -free pesticide of Stellera chamaejasme L were carried out. [Result] Control effect of treatment 1 by using Stellera chamaejasrne L was 91.5 %, and that of treatment 2 was 83.3 %. Stellera chamaejasrne L could reduce the dosage of chemical pesticides obviously. The control radius of trapping lamp was about 100 m, which was safe to the natural enemies and could reduce control cost greatly. [Conclusion] Control basis was provided for non-pollution rice production in this region.
