英文摘要：

Two new compounds, ethyl 6-alkyloxy-7-ethyl-4-hydroxy-3- quinolinecarboxylates were designed and synthesized. The structures of these compounds were identified by HRMS,1H NMR and IR spectra. The products have been evaluated by ACI method. One new compound 5a was found to have biological activity with a high ACI value of 133. The strategy is advantageous in terms of short synthesis route, high yield, easy availability of starting material and low cost.
