[目的/意义]企业作为一个由人组成的有机实体,与人类相似,拥有自身的知识构成和性格特质,而这两者均为企业竞争优势的源泉。致力于探讨两者在驱动绩效提高过程中的多重作用路径,为知性管理理论提供证据。[方法/过程]以2013-2015年高科技产业的257家上市公司作为样本,探索性地使用财务与治理数据研究性格特质、知识资本与组织绩效的关系。[结果/结论]验证了性格特质对企业绩效的影响机制以及在此机制中知识资本所起到的中介与调节作用,为企业组织培养面向知识资本培育的性格特质以及加强性格特质与知识资本的协同治理提供依据。
[ Purpose/Significance] As an organic entity, the enterprise is similar to human, which has independent knowledge structure and characteristic traits,both of which are the source of competitive advantage. In order to provide a new way of thinking for the future management of the enterprise, it focuses on discussing multiple paths of the two in driving performance improvement, and provides evidence for the intellectual management theory. [ Method/Process] It takes 257 listed companies of 2013-2015 years of high-tech industry as the sample, to study the relationship between the two and their impact on the enterprise performance exploratory using financial and governance data. t Result/Conclusion ~ It verifies the influence of personality traits on enterprise performance and the mediation effect, adjustment effect of intellectual capital in this mechanism, which provides evidence for the enterprise to cultivate characteristic traits based on intellectual capital and to strengthen the collaborative governance from the two factors.
