噪声性耳聋是现代社会中常见的职业性疾患,涉及众多行业,其发生机制尚未明确,防治方法也多种多样,但疗效一直不尽人意。探索新的、更有效的预防和救治措施一直是耳鼻咽喉科医师和听力学家的研究重点。近年来气体医学的迅速发展,高压氧、氢气等气体在医学中的应用越来越受到人们的关注,本文就高压氧与氢气在防治噪声性耳聋方面做一综述,以期为临床防治提供参考。
Nowadays, noise-induced hearing loss is a common occupational disease in modern society, but the mechanism is still unknown. Although the methods of prevention and treatment are various, the efficacy has been poor. Therefore, the ENT specialists and audiologists have been focused on the exploration of newer and more effective methods. Recently, with the rapid development of medical gas, people have paid increasing attention to the application of hyperbaric oxygen, hydrogen and other gases to medicine. This article reviews the effects of hyperbaric oxygen and hydrogen in the prevention and treatment of noise-induced hearing loss in order to provide references for clinical practice.
