该文在分析了进口贸易发展缓慢、进口地区集中度较高、新疆进口贸易方式单～等问题基础上，从扩大与周边国家的进口贸易是改善和优化我国与中亚及周边国家的贸易环境的现实需要、扩大先进技术设备进口是新疆加速新型工业化进程的客观需要、扩大能源资源进口是满足当前我国经济发展的必然要求等方面，分析了新疆进口贸易发展的必要性，提出投资与进口互动，政府为主、市场为辅的发展模式，最后提出了优化进口国别和地区结构、优化进口贸易结构等发展新疆进口贸易的路径选择。

英文摘要：

Based on the analysis of the slow development of import trade,the high concentration of import areas and the unitary import mode in Xinjiang,this paper focuses on the necessities of the import trade development in Xinjiang,such as the necessity of broadening the import trade with neighboring countries to optimize the trading environment,the necessity of raising the import of advanced technology and e- quipment to accelerate neo-industrialization and the necessity of increasing the import of energy re- sources. This paper points out the developing mode：the interaction of investment and import, the government-dominant and market-supplement mode. Finally,this paper puts forward the path choice by optimizing the structure of the source countries and areas and the structure of import trade.
