摘要：目前，借助互联网发展对外贸易已成为新兴贸易模式。新疆外贸发展规模小、贸易市场集中和贸易方式单一已成为制约新疆外贸发展主要问题。文章通过利用“互联网＋外贸“对新疆外贸的积极影响分析，提出了加快跨境电子商务综合实验区申报落户、加大政府“互联网＋外贸”扶持力度、构建口岸跨境电子商务平台、提供便捷物流服务等发展新疆“互联网＋外贸”的对策建议。
英文摘要：
To develop foreign trade with help of intemet has become an emerging mode. Smaller scale, concentrated market and single trade means have been the main problems in Xinjiang＇ s foreign trade development. This paper ana- lyzed the positive impacts of introducing ＂Internet ＋ foreign trade＂ pattern in the foreign trade in Xinjiang, and pro- posed that measures be taken to speed up the application and operation of a comprehensive cross-border e-commerce experimental zone, strengthen governmental support, build up a port cross-border e-commerce platform, and provide convenient logistics services.
