In recent years, China and Kyrgyzstan have witnessed the steady development of economic and trade cooperation between two countries. However, there are also many adverse factors restricting the cooperation, such as unbalanced trade development between the two countries, single structure of import and export commodity and lagging behind port construction. Therefore, the paper proposes measures should be taken to promote the bilateral economic and trade development, such as expanding imports from Kyrgyzstan, improving the quality of export manufactured goods in China to Kyrgyzstan, strengthening the construction of port infrastructure and the development of port economy, and increasing the investment to Kyrgyzstan.
