制备了不同Tb含量的多晶Ni-Mn-Ga合金,利用SEM观察了合金的微观组织、第二相形貌;用EDAX对第二相化学成分进行了定性、定量分析。研究了稀土元素Tb的存在状态对合金的磁感生应变影响。结果表明:稀土极小部分固溶在基体中,主要以第二相的形式少量在晶内析出,大量在晶界处富集。当少量稀土Tb以第二相弥散分布在晶内时,可提高合金的磁感生应变。
