制备了多晶合金Ni54Mn21Ga25和Ni54Mn21Ga24.5Sm0.3。通过XRD分析了合金的相组成,运用SEM观察了合金的微观组织、第二相形貌;通过EDAX对第二相化学成分进行了定性、定量分析。结果表明,Sm极小部分固溶在基体中,大部分以富Sm的第二相存在,一部分富集在晶粒的晶界处,呈断续网络状分布,还有一部分分布在晶粒内部。
Ni54Mn21Ga25 and Ni54Mn21Ga24.5Sm0.3 used as compared alloy were prepared.Phase analysis,microstructure and morphology of second phases were investigated by XRD and SEM.The component of second phases was analyzed by EDAX.The results show that small amount of Sm resolved in matrix of solid solution,some accumulates along the grain boundaries with the discontinuous networks and other distributes in the grains with the fine particles.
