阐述了脑神经功能信息学的基本概念和研究热点，介绍了脑神经功能信息学的主要研究内容及其研究进展，并对脑神经功能信息学研究进行了展望。脑神经功能信息学的研究不仅促进脑神经科学的基础研究．而且也将带动功能康复、功能假体等这样一类新的医疗仪器装置行业的发展。

英文摘要：

Firstly the fundamental concept and research hotspots of Brain-Neural Function Informatics （BNFI） are described. Then the main study fields and progresses of BNFI are expounded. Finally the prospects of BNFI research are given. Studies on BNFI not only promote the ＂Brain Science＂ progress but also boost the industry of a new kind of medical instruments - function rehabilitation equipments and artificial functional prostheses.
