针对国内外现用计算钻头碎岩功率的经验公式不能完全反映功率与各参数之间的定量关系的现状,在考虑牙轮钻头和岩石各向异性的基础上,首先建立了牙轮钻头与岩石碎屑间的摩擦力所消耗功率和牙轮钻头破碎岩石所消耗功率的模型,综合两模型建立了更适用直井牙轮钻头碎宕功率的模型。由此模型可知:合理增加钻压、选择合理的转速和牙轮结构能提高牙轮钻头的碎岩功率,从而达到提高机械钻速的目的。这对实际的钻探工程来说具有十分重要的指导意义。
The rock-breaking power models used at home and abroad now are mainly rules of thumb which can not accurately describe the quantitive relationship among the parameters. On the basis of accounting for anisotropies of cone bits and rocks, this paper presents an analytical model for calculating the power consumed by the friction force between rock cuttings and a cone bit, and the power consumed by a roller bit while breaking rock. Based on which a model more suitable for computing rock-breaking power of a roller bit in vertical wells is developed. This model indicates that reasonably increasing the WOB, selecting proper rotary speed and roller structure can improve the rock-breaking power of cone bits, and thus increase the ROP, which gives significant guidance for practical drilling engineering.
