为实现电网对风电场出力的短期调度。提出基于正态分布的风电场储能系统容量估算法。通过对比历史风电出力样本数据与电网调度数据值.运用统计的方法分析样本区间内功率偏差值的正态分布参数。并提出采用储能经济因子对储能效果加以评估。以新疆某中型风电场长期统计的风速、实际风电出力和预报出力数据为样本数据,运用所提方法对其所需储能容量进行估算:仿真结果表明,所得储能容量能使风电场满足调度出力要求,且其小于风电场容量的10%,验证了所提方法的经济性和可行性。
For the short-term power dispatch of wind farm,an estimation method based on the normal distribution is proposed for the capacity of wind farm energy storage system. By comparing the historic data of wind power output and power grid dispatch ,the normal distribution parameters of power deviations within the sampling interval are analyzed by statistical method. The energy storage economic factor is proposed to evaluate the energy storage effect. With the long-term statistical data of the wind speed,actual wind output and wind output forecast of a midsize wind farm in Xinjiang as the samples,its required energy storage capacity is estimated. Simulative results show that,the obtained energy storage capacity is less than 10% of the wind power capacity and meets the dispatch requirements,which verifies the economics and feasibility of the proposed method.
