合理、准确地评估风电对电力系统运行的影响是大规模开发风电之前必须要做的工作。根据新疆电网2008、2009年详细的负荷及风电出力数据,利用Matlab与Excel软件编制数据处理程序,从风电接入系统后引起的剩余负荷(除风电外其它能源发电机组承担的负荷)峰谷差及波动大小的变化两方面分析了直调风电与达坂城风电场等几个典型风电场对系统运行的影响,所得结论可为电力系统的运行调度及规划提供依据及参考。
It is necessary to reasonably and accurately access the effect of wind power on the operation of power system before the large-scale development of wind power. In this paper, according to the detailed load and wind power output data of Xinjiang power grid in the year of 2008 and 2009, Matlab and Excel software was used to compile data processing program. The effect of the straight invoked wind power and several typical wind farms like Dabancheng wind farm on the operation of system from the peak-valley difference and the fluctuation change of the residual load (the load taken by the other energy units except wind energy generators) caused by the injection of wind power was analyzed. The final conclusion provided the reason and reference for the power system's operation, dispatch and planning.
