英文摘要：
Wind power, due to its inherent characteristics, different from any other conventional power generations, gives challenge to the conventional power system planning, making the power system planning more complicated. This paper elaborates the wind power＇s effects on the traditional power system planning, the new problems and some possible solutions. Finally some suggestions are proposed as to the planning of power system including wind power, and the future research is expected, aiming to provide the decision-making basis and theoretical support to the power system planning including wind power in this new era.
