提出装配框架柱的→种新型连接型式——钢板栓筋连接型式。采用足尺模型,设计了2个钢板栓筋连接高强箍筋约束混凝土柱和2个对比现浇普通箍筋柱。通过拟静力低周反复加载试验,并与现浇普通箍筋柱对比,研究钢板栓筋连接高强箍筋约束混凝土柱的承载能力和抗震性能。观测了4个试件受力→变形→损伤→裂缝→屈服的全过程,并分析各试件的破坏特征、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度衰减、位移延性、耗能能力等。试验表明:在相同条件下,钢板栓筋连接高强箍筋约束混凝土柱具有与现浇普通箍筋柱相当的承载力,其抗震性能良好;连接处采用焊接及水平栓筋的钢板栓筋连接高强箍筋约束混凝土柱是可靠的。
A new connection type of frame fabricated columns with steel plate and horizontal strengthened bars was proposed. By using of the comparable full scale model test method, two new confined concrete columns with steel plate and horizontal strengthened bars and two cast-in-site columns with plain stirrups were designed and constructed. Through the pseudo-static test, the carrying capacity and seismic performance of the fabricated confined concrete column with steel plate and horizontal strengthened bar were studied and compared with the cast-in-site columns with plain stirrups. The whole process of deforming→damaging→ craeking→ yielding→ failure was observed during the test. Damage characteristics, hysteretic curves,skeleton curves, stiffness degradation, displacement ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the four columns were discussed. The test results show that under the same condition, bearing capacity of the new fabricated confined concrete columns with steel plate and horizontal strengthened bar is equal to the cast-in-site columns with plain stirrups, and it also has good seismic performance. Junction of the new fabricated confined concrete columns with steel plate and horizontal strengthened bar used welding and horizontal bar as its attended mode is reliable.
