以目前国内最高隔震住宅楼即玉溪公租房项目B户型中一幢总高度为89.9m、高宽比为3.91的高层剪力墙铅芯橡胶垫隔震结构为研究对象,根据相似理论,设计制作了1∶12的缩尺模型进行地震模拟振动台试验。试验结果表明:在8度小震、中震、大震作用下,结构整体以平动为主,侧向水平位移集中在隔震层,隔震支座不会出现拉应力,上部结构仍然处于弹性状态,结构不会发生倾覆,相关指标均满足现行设计规范的要求,实际抗震性能高于"三水准性能要求"。研究结果为在以8度为代表的高烈度区建造高宽比较大的高层隔震剪力墙结构的可行性提供了有力的支撑。
The highest seismic isolated residential building in China is a high-rise shear wall structure with lead core rubber cushion isolation structure in the layout B of the Public Rental Housing Project in Yuxi city. The structure has the height of 89. 9m and the height-width ratio of 3.91. A 1:12 sealed model of the structure was investigated by shaking table test based on the similitude laws. The results show that under the actions of frequent earthquake, fortification earthquake and rare earthquake of 8-level degree of seismic intensity, the structure as a whole features mainly translational displacement. Lateral horizontal displacement is focused on the isolation layer and the isolation bearings do not appear tensile stress. In addition, the upper structure is still in elastic state and the structure will not overturn. Related indicators meet the requirements of the current design specification and actual seismic performance is higher than " three-level performance requirements". The results provide supports for the feasibility of construction of the high-rise isolated shear wall structure with large height-width ratio in high seismic intensity region of 8-level degree.
