本文是在2005年巴彦浩特镇地价动态监测采集的居住用地样点的基础上,并以1999年-2005年该地区房地产开发资料和2004年的基准地价更新评估报告为依据,对新城区和旧城区居住用地的类型、区位分布及价格进行了分析,同时研究了区位分布和价格的影响因素,并探讨了目前巴彦浩特镇城区居住用地开发活动中存在的一些问题及其解决途径。
Based on the samples of residence land of dynamic monitor of land price of Bayanhot in 2005, also based on tbe upgrading assessment report of curterion land price of 2004 and the information of real astate development in this region from 1999 to 2005, the types, location distributions and price of residence land of new and old urbans were analyzed.
