Accelerate of urbanization make real estate development project more and more,in the meantime man-made soil and water loss also increase in construction process.Soil and water conservation monitoring can supervise implementation and evaluate rationality and effectiveness of soil and water conservation measures in real estate development project,so as to contain soil and water loss effectively and guarantee urban ecological security.The paper based on project of ＂Jitongjiayuan＂ affordable housing in Hohhot,analyzed present situation of soil and water loss,put forward range、partition、point position、periods、frequency、content and method of Soil and water conservation monitoring,provided evidence for Soil and water conservation monitoring of relative project.
