城市化进程的加快使得房地产开发项目越来越多,也使得施工过程中人为水土流失增加。水土保持监测不仅可以监督房地产开发项目水土保持措施的落实情况,而且可以评定水土保持措施的合理性和有效性,从而有效遏制项目开发建设中的水土流失,保障城市生态安全。本文以呼和浩特市"集通佳苑"经济适用房项目为例,分析了研究区的水土流失现状,提出水土保持监测的范围和分区,具体点位的选择与布设,监测时段及频率,监测内容和方法等,为相关项目的水土保持监测提供科学依据。
Accelerate of urbanization make real estate development project more and more,in the meantime man-made soil and water loss also increase in construction process.Soil and water conservation monitoring can supervise implementation and evaluate rationality and effectiveness of soil and water conservation measures in real estate development project,so as to contain soil and water loss effectively and guarantee urban ecological security.The paper based on project of "Jitongjiayuan" affordable housing in Hohhot,analyzed present situation of soil and water loss,put forward range、partition、point position、periods、frequency、content and method of Soil and water conservation monitoring,provided evidence for Soil and water conservation monitoring of relative project.
