因为具有独特的量子效应,量子点是诸多研究领域共同关注的研究方向。在研究CdSe0.5S0.5量子点的合成基础上,对其三阶非线性光学性能开展研究。结果表明,通过制备N-油酰基-吗啡啉溶剂,获得了高品质CdSe0.5S0.5量子点的有效控制合成方法;所制备的量子点在532nm激光条件下有着非常明显的非线性光学性质,三阶非线性折射系数(n2)为-7.1×10-11esu,非线性吸收系数(β)为-3.47×10-11m/W。
Because of the unique quantum effect, quantum dots (QDs) have attracted much attention in manyresearch fields. The controlled synthesis and the nonlinear optical properties of CASe.o. 5 So. 5 QDs were investigated.High-quality CdSe0. s So. 5 QDs were synthesized by a simple method with N-oleoylmorpholine used as solvent. The QDsexhibited obvious optical nonlinearity with nonlinear refractive index (nz) and absorption coefficient (β) reaching up to-7.1×10-11esu esu and -3.47×10-11m/W respectively at the laser wavelength of 532 nm.
