氧化物热电材料具有耐高温、抗氧化、环境友好等特点,并且制备工艺简单,被认为是一种高温下潜在的热电材料。分析了几种典型氧化物材料的晶体结构和热电性质,并综述了主要高温氧化物热电材料的制备、改性方法和应用的研究进展。
Due to the advantages of high temperature resistance, antioxidation, environment friendly, simple prepration, and so on, some oxides have been considered as a kind of potential thermoelectric materials at high tempe- rature. The crystal structure and thermoelectric properties of some typical oxide materials are analyzed. Also, the pre- paration, improvement of thermoelectric properties and applications of the oxide thermoelectric materials are reviewed.
