量子点具有独特的量子结构和物理性质而被广泛应用于生物探针、发光二极管、太阳能电池等。主要综述了Ⅱ-Ⅵ族半导体量子点的合成方法,比较了各种方法的优缺点,并介绍了半导体量子点非线性光学性质研究的最新进展。最后对其今后的主要发展方向进行了探讨。
Because of its unique structure and physical characters, quantum dots are widely used in biology probe, light-emitting diodes, solar cells , etc. The synthetic methods and the research progress of nonlinear optical properties of Ⅱ-Ⅵ semiconductor quantum dots are reviewed, and the advantages and disadvantages of diffe-rent methods are compared. The development tendency in the future are discussed as well.
