伴随着农村人口老龄化问题的日益严重,传统的农村养老模式已无法满足农村老人的需求,因而,农村社会养老保险则成为解决当前农村养老问题的一个重要途径和趋势。该文以江苏省苏南苏北农村地区的抽样调查数据为基础,重点考察了农村老年人参加农村社会养老保险的现状,以及影响参加行为的相关因素。研究发现,年龄、性别、健康状况、工作性质、子女数、养老观念以及地区特征等,是影响农村老年人参加农村社会养老保险的主要因素,并在此基础上,针对性地提出了一些对策和建议。

英文摘要：

With the aging rural population growing,the traditional pension modes have been unable to meet in rural areas.Rural social endowment insurance to be solving the problem of rural old-age pension is an important means and trends.On the basis of survey data from rural areas of northern and southern in Jiangsu Province,we research the status of the rural elderly participating in rural social endowment insurance,and the influence of factors that affect the behavior of the elders.In this paper,we find that age,gender,health status,occupation,the number of children,the endowment concepts and regional characteristics are the main effect factors.Finally,there are some targeted policy recommendations.
