针对目前工程应用中可靠性分配方法的局限性,提出了基于成本系数控制的可靠性分配方法。通过成熟产品可靠性参数、重要产品可靠性参数对相对成本系数进行修正后,得到成本控制系数,应用拉格朗日乘数法构建了产品可靠性分配的数学模型,并对具有冗余系统的可靠度分配过程进行了计算,给出了单元可靠度分配表达式。实例结果证明该方法具有运算速度快,适用性高的特点。
According to the reliability apportionment limitations of current engineering application, an approach to product reliability apportionment was proposed based on cost coefficient control. After correcting the relative cost coefficient according to the developed products reliability parameters and important products reliability parameters, based on the corrected cost coefficient, by employing Lagrange multiplier rule, we obtained product reliability apportionment parameters which met the engineering requirements. Proposing an approach to product reliability apportionment for redundancy system and deriving the expressions of calculation of units' reliability, the rapid calculation speed and easy application is proved by a case.
