阐述协同创新的基本内涵,分析协同创新战略下我国工程博士培养模式创新的必要性;从招生、课程设置、实践训练、导师指导和论文答辩等方面提出我国工程博士培养模式创新的建议。
With a basic description of collaborative innovation, this article analyzes the necessity of innovation in the training mode of doctor-of-engineering programs. Suggestions are also presented for making innovations in student recruitment, curriculum design, practical training, guidance from supervisors, dissertation defense, etc.
