为了提高电阻层析成像(ERT)系统中的图像重建效果,针对ERT测量数据和重建图像的稀疏特性,采用基于1范数的正则化最小二乘法(LSPs)进行图像重建.该方法将问题转化为有线性不等式约束的二次规划问题,使用内l占、法的优化方法进行数值计算,并针对研究对象提出自适应参数选择标准.可避免重建图像被过度平滑,能够将物场中不同介质有效分割,使重建图像具有较高分辨率仿真实验结果表明,该方法在ERT图像重建效果上具有优势
In order to improve reconstruction process in electrical resistance tomography (ERT), li-normed least squares programs (LSPs) is adopted to compensate for sparsity of the measurement data and implement image recon- struction. This method is to transform the reconstructed problem into a convex quadratic problem with linear inequal- ity constraints, which is solved by using the interior-point methods. An adaptive method is developed for setting pa- rameter for the specific application. Simulation experiments are carried out to evaluate this novel algorithm. Results demonstrate that the proposed reconstruction algorithm can produce high quality images for ERT. Higher space resolu- tion is achieved, objects of different conductivities can be distinguished accurately, and the over-smoothing deficiency of the reconstruction can be avoided effectively.
