The U.S. subprime lending crisis of 2007 led to a slowdown of world economy and had a negative impact on China＇s export. Currently, China＇s export volume is suffering a sharp drop and the trade surplus is decreasing significantly. This paper analyses the negative impact of subprime crisis on China＇s export from the following four perspectives： the decline of external demand, the depreciation of US dollar, the rising Costs and the deterioration of trade environment, and finally some countermeasures.
