英文摘要：

Sustainable energy utihzation and environment protection am important aspects in sustainable development economy. Maintenance of environmental quality and energy resources am necessities of economic growth in China. The paper introduces energy and environment into the production function, and under the constraint of which, develops an endogenous growth model, discusses the necessary conditions of sustainable growth and energy utilization and the impacts of investments on environment protection and economic growth, and analyzes the defects of environment investments and energy development in China. The results show that the sustainable growth depends on accumulation of human capital, improvement of energy efficiency, contribution to environment protection, reduction of energy intensity, and development of renewable energy. The conclusions am that China＇ s sustainable growth of economy needs establishing recyclable economy of energy conservation and muse, accelerating the transformation of economic growth mode through technological progress, and protecting the natural environment and ecological balance.
