针对数字作品版权保护中无法检测作品传播路径的应用缺失问题,在着重分析数字侵权作品传播途径和方式的基础上,设计了基于文本水印的侵权追踪系统的框架性方法,即对数字作品嵌入文本水印,利用网络爬虫追踪其传播路径,通过对嗅探样本的水印提取和检测,以便确定版权归属问题.此外还进行了算法筛选和优化的原则与方法的研究,并进行了基本的实例验证,提出了实时读取文件并检测水印的方法,提高了系统的运行效率.实验结果证明,该方法具有较好的可行性和有效性.
For the propagation path of digital works cannot be detected in the use of the copyright protect, a framework algorithm of infringement tracing system is designed with the text watermarking technology based on analyzing the transmission routes and ways of the infringed digital text works. The copyright of digital text works is protected with Web crawler tracking propagation path and extracting and detecting the watermarking of sniffing samples that was embedded the text watermarking in. Additionally, the principles and methods for selection and optimization of algorithm are also studied here. A method that reading files in real time and detecting watermarking is proposed to improve the efficiency of the system. The experimental result shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
