The representation of RNA secondary structure playes a key role in the research on its functions and similarity.Several current representations of RNA secondary structure are discussed.The representations of Dot-Bracket notation and CT file are mainly introduced,and the transforming algorithms of the two representations are given.The accuracy and effectiveness of the algorithms are verified by using an example,and the algorithms provide data supports in the research on similarity of RNA secondary structure.
