英文摘要：

Middle-income trap was a specific stage of economic development. In present literature, there were two basic aspects taking the forming reason and settlement mechanism as the core. Firstly, in- stitutional economists pointed out that escaping middle-income trap need some high quality institutions to match the stage of economic development. Secondly, economic growth theory searched for the driving force of growth. Empirical analysis showed that the strategy on economic structural transformation, eco- nomic growth mode, demographic dividend, urbanization and institution were the keys to escapes middle income trap.
