与最优化企业的收益最大化导向相比,后发新兴大国创新型企业的发展范式以组织双元性的平衡效应为导向。运用异质性双边随机边界模型,对我国国家级创新型(试点)企业中组织双元性的存在性、表现形式与程度以及影响因素进行了系统研究,结果发现:组织双元性悖论在我国创新型企业中确实存在并有明显的异质性,且以开发式创新为主,其中向开发式创新的偏离占69.82%,向探索式创新的偏离占30.18%。组织双元性悖论受两大因素影响:品牌建设具有引导企业进行开发式创新的倾向;探索式创新偏离往往直接受到企业家行为的影响。未来应建立市场引导与企业家引导相协同的企业发展机制。
Compared with the revenue maximization, innovative enterprises of late-coming emerging powers devote to balance the effect of organizational ambidexterity. This paper analyses the existence, forms, extent as well as in- fluence factors of organization ambidexterity of innovative (pilot) enterprises in China using heterogeneity of bilat- eral stochastic frontier model. The result shows that: organization ambidexterity paradox does exist and has obvi- ous heterogeneity in the innovation of enterprises in China, and mainly in development innovation, which occupies 69.82%, while exploratory innovation occupies 30.18%. Organization ambidexterity paradox is influenced by the two major factors. Brand building makes enterprises have development innovation tendency, exploratory innovation is affected directly by the entrepreneur's behavior. The collaboration mechanism of market and entrepreneur should be established in the future development of enterprises
