设计了一套基于数字信号处理器(DSP)和现场可编程逻辑门阵列(FPGA)的全数字化控制器,由TMS320C6713负责图像处理算法计算,TMS320F28335统一驱动3个坐标轴系方向的步进电机,FPGA完成双DSP的大量实时数据共享及图像采集工作的启动和停止。实验结果表明:该设计紧凑,功能全备,有效提高了自动影像数控加工装置控制系统的集成度。
In this paper, a digital control system is developed based on dual digital signal processor and field programmable gate array (FPGA), in which a TMS320C6713 is used to respond to the image processing algorithm, a TMS320F28335 for the step motor drive, and an FPGA for image acquisition and sharing of the mass data. Experimental results show that the scheme is valid and satisfactory.
