目的探讨优先数字出版对医学科研论文学术影响力及出版效益的影响。方法收集通过中国知网（CNKI）数字化出版平台优先数字出版与非优先数字出版论文各835篇,进行文献计量学分析及评价出版效益。结果优先出版论文被引频次和平均下载量均高于非优先数字出版（P〈0.05）,优先数字出版论文被引频次与下载量呈正相关关系（r=0.288,P〈0.05）。优先数字出版组网络出版收益占总收益67.33%,非优先数字出版收益占总收益的32.67%（P〈0.05）。动态评估模型计算结果显示,优先出版组论文学术影响力评估分值为非优先出版组论文的5.26倍。结论医学科研论文优先数字出版可以提高学术影响力与出版效益。

英文摘要：

Objective To study prior online publication~ influence on academic effectiveness of medical scientific research pa- per publishing revenue. Methods 835 prior online published papers and 835 papers without prior online publishing from China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI） were collected and the data was analyzed by literary metrology and results were evaluated by publish- ing revenue. Results Time cited and average online downloads of prior online published paper was more than regular paper （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Time cited of prior online published paper was positively associated with its online download time （ r = 0. 288 ,P 〈 0.05 ）.67.33% of total publication revenue was from prior online publication revenue. 32.67% of total publication revenue was from publication revenue without prior online publishing （ P 〈 0.05 ）. According to results from dynamic assessing model, academic effectiveness score of prior online publication paper was 5.26 times of non - prior paper. Conclusion Prior online publication of medical scientific research paper can improve academic effectiveness and publishing revenue.
