It is based on the fit potential of Huxley analytic function that the partial wave cross sections of 3He, 4He, 9He, 10He with HCl systems are calculated by the accurate close-coupling method when the incident energies are 50meV and 150meV. By analyzing the partial wave cross sections in different energies and the isotopic effect, the changing tendencies of the partial wave cross sections with the quantum number and reduced mass in the isotopic substitution systems are obtained.
